Apart from teaching Yoga Nidra and other forms of meditation, another aspect of what I do is what I call "nudging people if they're stuck".
I don't believe that people need fixing in any way, and I'm not in the "self-improvement business" - there being no self that needs improving.
However, it is true to say that we all seem to have "blind spots" and get a little stuck at times. What I provide when working one-to-one with people is a series of "nudges" which can take the form of various techniques, but are usually just what the buddhists call "skillful means" of showing people how to un-stick themselves.
